摘要
以猴头菇为研究对象,进行了巨菌草与木屑不同比例的复混栽培料对猴头菇菌丝生长影响的试验,在对栽培料含水量、接种量、pH及栽培料温度进行单因素试验的基础上,以菌丝生长综合评价为指标进行L9(34)正交试验优化培养条件。结果分析表明,巨菌草与木屑以3:1的比例最佳,菌丝生长速度为4.55 mm·d^-1,且菌丝雪白,杂菌感染率低;最佳培养条件为栽培料含水量65%、接种量10%、pH 5、栽培料温度25℃。此结果可为延安地区利用巨菌草栽培猴头菇提供可靠依据。
Taking Hericium erinaceus as the research object,the effects of different proportion of mixed culture materials of Pennisetum giganteum and sawdust on the growth of H.erinaceus mycelium were tested.On the basis of single factor experiment on water content of culture medium,inoculation amount,pH and culture medium temperature,L9(34)orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the cultivation conditions with mycelium growth comprehensive evaluation as the index.The results showed that the best ratio of P.giganteum to sawdust was 3:1,the mycelium growth rate was 4.55 mm·d^-1,the mycelium was pure white,and the infection rate of mixed bacteria was low.The optimum culture conditions were water content of culture medium 65%,inoculation 10%,pH is 5 and culture medium temperature is 25℃.The results can provide a reliable basis for the cultivation of H.erinaceus with P.giganteum in Yan’an area.
