摘要
鸢尾素(irisin)是一种新近发现的由运动诱导产生的新型细胞因子,在发现之初认为其在新陈代谢中起着至关重要的作用。相关研究已证明该物质在维持葡萄糖稳态及脂质代谢中起到了十分重要的作用。近年来大量研究数据表明,鸢尾素在胰腺疾病(如2型糖尿病、胰腺炎、胰腺肿瘤等)中具有一定的调节作用,提示鸢尾素具备成为胰腺疾病新的治疗方式的潜力。因此针对鸢尾素的研究特别是其在胰腺中的作用可能会对胰腺相关疾病的早期诊断和治疗具有重大的临床意义。此文综述了鸢尾素及其与胰腺相关疾病研究进展,为未来的研究工作提供不同的视角与思路。
Irisin is a newly discovered new cytokine induced by exercise,which was considered to play a crucial role in metabolism at the beginning of its discovery.Related studies have proved that the substance plays an important role in maintaining glucose homeostasis and lipid metabolism.In recent years,a large number of research data have shown that irisin has a certain protective effect in pancreatic diseases(such as type 2 diabetes,pancreatitis,pancreatic tumor,etc.),suggesting that irisin has the potential to become a new treatment for pancreatic diseases.Therefore,the research on irisin,especially its effect on the pancreas,may be of great clinical significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of pancreas-related diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of irisin and its related diseases of the pancreas in order to provide different perspectives and ideas for future research.
