摘要
在当前复杂的网络文化时代,在国际化发展、新媒体文化、微文化及多元价值观影响下,高职院校校园文化建设面对的形势严峻。校园文化建设需要与时俱进,挖掘更适合当下的承载形式和实现途径。新时期高职院校校园文化建设的新思路即物质“精细化”、精神“融合化”、制度“民主化”、组织“立体化”和环境“生态化”,打造全方位、立体化、和谐愉快、绿意盎然的校园文化环境,构建积极向上、开放互动的“教”“学”氛围。
In the current complex network culture era,under the influence of international development,new media culture,micro-culture and multi-values,the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges is facing a severe situation.The construction of campus culture needs to keep pace with the times,and dig out more suitable bearing forms and ways of realization.By analyzing the new issues and new effects faced by the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges,new path of the proposed construction of campus culture should be material“refinement”and the spiritual“integration”,systematic“democratization”and organizational“multi-dimension”.This paper proposes to establish the multicultural campus under the guidance of socialist core values,based on a sound,fair and flexible school management mechanism,and the co-construction and sharing by teachers and students,so as to create a comprehensive,multi-dimensional,harmonious and pleasant,green campus culture environment,and build a positive,open and interactive teaching and learning atmosphere.
