棉/水溶性维纶织物结构化处理研究

摘要 对自制的两种棉/水溶性维纶织物,分别在有张力和无张力条件下进行退维处理,测试退维处理前后织物的性能,以探讨制备面厚质轻面料和超致密面料的工艺方法。结果表明经纱是纯棉纱、纬纱为棉/水溶性维纶混纺纱的织物进行有张力退维处理,可使织物获得面厚质轻的效果;经、纬纱都是棉/水溶性维纶混纺纱的织物进行无张力退维处理,可使织物获得超致密的效果。棉/水溶性维纶织物退维处理后,织物力学性能下降,有张力退维处理后的织物力学性能下降更明显;无张力退维处理后的织物透气性下降幅度更大,蓬松度与柔软性更好。 Two kinds of self-made cotton/water-soluable vinylon fabrics were prepared,and then vinylon dissolving treatment with tension and without tension condition was performed,the properties of the fabrics before and after vinylon dissolving treatment were tested,in order to explore the preparation of two kinds of special structure fabrics with thick-layer but light-weight and super-pyknotic structure.The results showed that,the effect of thick-layer but light-weight could be realized in vinylon dissolving treatment under tension for fabric with cotton warp yarn and cotton/water-soluble vinylon blending weft yarn;the effect of super-pyknotic structure could be realized in vinylon dissolving treatment without tension for fabric with cotton/water-soluble vinylon blending yarn in warp and weft.The mechanical properties of cotton/water-soluable vinylon fabrics decreased after vinylon dissolving treatment,and the fabric's mechanical properties decreased more obviously under vinylon dissolving treatment with tension.After vinylon dissolving treatment without tension,the air permeability of fabrics declined more,and the fluffiness and softness of fabrics turned better.
