摘要
本研究利用分光光度法、直接干燥法、电感耦合等离子体质谱和原子吸收法测定8个韭菜品种的主要营养物质以及矿物元素含量,利用平均隶属函数法评价其综合营养品质,并对8个韭菜品种的产量进行比较。结果表明:平韭4号的综合营养品质最好,其次是绿宝、韭宝和平韭6号;田间测产发现,平韭4号和平韭6号的产量高于其它品种。综合认为,平韭4号和平韭6号的综合营养价值和产量优于其它品种,适宜推广种植。
The contents of main nutrients and mineral elements in 8 Chinese chive varieties were determined by spectrophotometry,direct drying,ICP-MS and AAS,and their comprehensive nutritional quality was evaluated by the method of average membership function.The yield of the 8 Chinese chive varieties were also compared.The comprehensive nutritional quality of Pingjiu 4 was the best,followed by Lübao,Jiubao and Pingjiu 6.The yield of Pingjiu 4 and Pingjiu 6 were higher than that of the other varieties.It was comprehensively conclued that the comprehensive nutritional value and yield of Pingjiu 4 and Pingjiu 6 were better,so they were suitable to be popularized.
