摘要
随着我国控制挥发性有机物(简称VOCs)排放的环境保护政策要求日益严格,准确地核算VOCs排放量成为开展有效治理的前提。本文对5000 m 3拱顶罐开展数值模拟研究,分析在进油速率一定时,不同初始油气浓度下罐内油气扩散情况,结果表明罐内初始油气浓度对油气扩散也具有明显影响,初始油气浓度从0%升高至30%时,呼吸阀处油气体积分数达到50%的时间从183 s缩短到66 s。据此,建议将罐内初始油气浓度作为拱顶罐呼吸损耗量核算公式的一项参数。
In recent years,with the increasingly strict environmental protection policy requirements of controlling the emissions of volatile organic compounds in our country,accurate accounting of VOCs emissions become the important premise for further effective governance.In this research,the oil and gas diffusion in the dome tank of 5000 m 3 was numerically simulated.At a constant oil inlet speed,by studying on oil and gas diffusion under different initial oil and gas concentrations,the results showed that it also had a significant effect on the oil and gas diffusion,and it was found that when the initial oil and gas concentration increased from 0%to 30%,the oil and gas volume fraction at the breathing valve reached 50%time decreased from 183 s to 66 s.Therefore,to take the initial oil and gas concentration in the tank as a parameter in the calculation formula of the dome tank VOCs emissions was suggested.
