摘要
以废弃物菠萝蜜果皮为原材料,采用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术提取果皮中具有功能性的黄酮类化合物,提高菠萝蜜产业的经济价值。通过单因素试验及正交试验,确定最优工艺条件为提取温度60℃、提取压力30 MPa、提取时间2.5 h、夹带剂流量0.6 mL·min^-1,此条件下黄酮的提取率为14.96%。
Waste jackfruit peel as raw material,functional flavonoids from peel were extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,increase the economic value of the jackfruit industry.Through single factor test and orthogonal test,to determine the optimal process conditions for extracting temperature 60℃,extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction time 2.5 h,entrainer flow rate 0.6 mL·min^-1,the extraction rate of flavonoids was 14.96%.
