摘要
通过对幼儿管理专业发展基本情况和专业建设现状进行分析,根据管理职能的特点提出教学管理模式,建设闭环式课程体系;提出将SWOT分析法引入学生职业生涯规划,开展连续性的实践技能训练培养模式,实现学院教育和工作岗位一线能力需求的"零距离"对接;将管理要素有效地融入课程建设和学生教育过程中,从而有利于全面提升本专业的人才培养质量。
Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the development and the current situation of the specialty construction of early childhood management,this paper puts forward the teaching management mode and the construction of the closed-loop curriculum system according to the characteristics of the management function.This paper puts forward that the SWOT analysis method should be introduced into the career planning of students,and the continuous training mode of practical skills should be carried out to realize the"zero distance"connection between the college education and the front-line ability demand of the job.The effective integration of management elements into the course construction and student education process is conducive to the overall improvement of the quality of talent training in this major.
