双轨教学法在妇产科临床带教中的应用效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨双轨教学法在妇产科临床带教中的应用效果。方法将66名2017年4月—2019年5月期间于徐州医科大学附属医院妇产科实习的医学生按照实习时间先后顺序分为实验组(n=33)与对照组(n=33),对照组予以传统带教法,实验组予以LBL联合PBL双轨教学法,比较两组带教效果。结果实验组医学生的理论知识、基本技能、病例分析、病例书写评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组医学生的批判性思维能力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组医学生的CEQ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床带教中应用LBL联合PBL双轨教学法,可有效提高妇产科医学生的批判性思维能力,提高其临床技能及对带教模式的肯定度。 Objective To explore the application effect of double track teaching method in clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods To divide 66 medical students from April 2017 to May 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University into experimental group(n=33)and control group(n=33)according to the order of internship time.The control group was given traditional teaching method,and the experimental group was given LBL and PBL double track teaching method to compare the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,basic skills,case analysis and case writing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of critical thinking ability of medical students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CEQ score of medical students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of LBL and PBL dual track teaching method in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology can effectively improve the critical thinking ability of Obstetrics and gynecology medical students,improve their clinical skills and affirmation of teaching mode.
