摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)应用于妇产科临床带教中的效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年2月在医院妇产科实习的100名本科学历的医学实习生纳入研究范围,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。观察组采取以问题为基础的教学模式,对照组采取小讲课的教学模式。对比两组实习生的理论考核、实际操作考核、模拟接诊考核成绩及实习后实习生对临床带教的满意率。结果观察组实习生理论知识考核、实际操作考核、模拟接诊考核成绩及实习结束后实习生对临床带教的满意率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以问题为基础的教学模式打破了以往传统的教学模式,以学员主动寻找问题切入开展,将学员从被动学习转变为主动、积极学习,可以显著提高实习的成绩,为临床培养合格的医疗工作者。
Objective To explore the effect of problembased learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods March 2018 to February 2019,100 medical interns with bachelor's degree in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were selected and included in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The observation group adopted a problem-based tlearning,while the control group adopted a small lecture teaching model.The results of theoretical assessment,practical assessment,simulation attendance assessment and the satisfaction rate of clinical teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The results of theoretical knowledge assessment,practical operation assessment,simulated treatment assessment and the satisfaction rate of interns to clinical teaching were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based teaching mode breaks the traditional teaching mode,and starts with students'initiative to find problems,and turns students’passive learning into active learning,which can significantly improve the performance of practice and train qualified medical workers for clinical practice.
