摘要
血脑屏障(BBB)存在于血液和脑之间,可选择性地阻止有害物质进入大脑,保持其内环境的稳定。BBB结构和功能的完整性与多种神经系统疾病,如急性缺血性脑卒中、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病和多发性硬化等疾病的进程密切相关,参与着疾病的发生、发展和转归,并影响着治疗预后。本文介绍了BBB的基本结构并就上述中枢神经系统疾病中BBB破坏的机制及其与疾病的发展转归关系等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Blood-brain barrier(BBB),which exists between the blood and brain,can selectively prevent harmful substances from entering the brain and maintain the basic stability of the internal environment in the brain.The structural and functional integrity of BBB,which is closely related to a variety of nervous system diseases,such as acute ischemic stroke,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,multiple sclerosis and so on,is involved in the occurrence,development and prognosis of these diseases.Firstly,this review introduced the basic structure of BBB,and then reviewed the mechanism of BBB damage in these related central nervous system diseases and its relationship with development and prognosis of these diseases.
