摘要
目的分析伊曲康唑联合丹翘酊治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效及皮疹评分情况。方法方便选择2018年9月—2019年9月该院收治马拉色菌毛囊炎患者90例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组45例使用伊曲康唑联合联苯苄唑乳膏治疗,研究组45例采用伊曲康唑联合丹翘酊治疗,对两组临床疗效及皮疹评分进行比较。结果对照组临床总有效73.33%明显比研究组91.11%低(χ^2=4.865, P<0.05);研究组皮疹评分第2周(7.83±0.81)分、第4周(6.55±0.91)分、第8周(4.34±0.47)分明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.525、5.653、14.108,P<0.05);研究组生活质量(89.29±10.52)分明显比对照组(72.72±12.83)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.700, P<0.05)。结论对马拉色菌毛囊炎患者使用伊曲康唑联合丹翘酊治疗,可改善患者皮疹情况,提高其生活质量,还能提升治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of itraconazole combined with Danqiao tincture in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis and the rash score.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,90 patients with Lassezia folliculitis were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was treated with itraconazole combined with bifonazole cream in 45 cases;45 cases in the study group were treated with itraconazole combined with Danqiao tincture,and the clinical efficacy and rash scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective 73.33%of the control group was significantly lower than the 91.11%of the study group(χ~2=4.865,P<0.05);the rash score of the study group for the second week was(7.83±0.81)points,the fourth week was(6.55±0.91)points,and the eighth week(4.34±0.47)points,which were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.525,5.653,14.108,P<0.05);the quality of life of the study group(89.29±10.52)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(72.72±12.83)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.700,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of malassezia folliculitis patients with itraconazole combined with Danqiao tincture can improve the patient’s rash,improve their quality of life,and improve the treatment effect.
