摘要
目的观察分析伊曲康唑联合制霉菌素片治疗复发性糠秕孢子毛囊炎的效果。方法选取2015年11月~2016年8月期间来我院治疗的复发性糠秕孢子毛囊炎患者共70例,依据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,均为35例,对照组采用伊曲康唑治疗方法,研究组采用伊曲康唑联合制霉菌素片治疗方法,记录并统计两组治疗后有效率、清除率及再次复发率,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组真菌清除率为97.1%,高于对照组的74.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后临床疗效率为97.1%,高于对照组77.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后再次复发率为2.8%,低于对照组20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用伊曲康唑联合制霉菌素片对治疗复发性糠秕孢子毛囊炎效果显著,抗真菌性强,提高了治疗的依从性,并且治疗后再次复发率低,值得推广和应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of itraconazole combined with nystatin tablets in the treatment of recurrent pityrosporum folliculitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with recurrent pityrosporum folliculitis treated in our hospital from November 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with itraconazole,while the study group was treated with itraconazole combined with nystatin tablets.The effective rate,clearance rate and recurrence rate of the two groups after treatment were recorded and counted,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The clearance rate of fungi in the study group was 97.1%,higher than that in the control group(74.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficiency of the study group was 97.1%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate after treatment in the study group was 2.8%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of itraconazole combined with nystatin tablets on the treatment of recurrent pityrosporum folliculitis is significant,strong antifungal and improved compliance,and the recurrence rate is low after treatment.It is worth popularizing and applying.
