摘要
"双高"时代,专业群建设为治理体系改革提供契机,治理体系改革为专业群建设提供支撑,两者相互嵌入,存在紧密的价值耦合。作为互相渗透与共振的两大关系网络,专业群建设与治理体系改革的共演形态表现为两者在价值体系、结构体系、制度体系、方法体系、运行体系等五个维度的深度耦合。"双高"时代,要有效推进高水平专业群的建设,高职院校亟待重塑治理价值、优化治理结构、完善治理制度、变革治理方法以及统整治理运行。
In the era of"double high plan",the construction of professional group provides opportunities for the reform of the governance system,and the reform of the governance system supports the construction of the professional group.These two elements impacts each other and close value coupling exists between them.As they penetrates and affects each other,the co-evolution form of them are shown in the rooted connection in the five aspects of value system,structure system,institutional system,method system and operation system.To effectively promote the high-level construction of professional group in higher vocational education,it is imperative to reshape the value system,optimize the structure system,improve the institutional system,reform the governance method and integrate the operation system in governance.
