摘要
本文研究了两种类型空调在平房仓稻谷储藏中的应用效果、空调配置及空调运行参数的选择,结合仓房和粮面的隔热处理,浅析隔热+空调降温的空调控温应用工艺。由研究结果可知,两种空调在仓房中的配置合理,运行时段选择可行,但空调的开启和停用时间以及温度设置有待进一步优化,以提升其控温效果并降低能耗。
This paper studies the application effect of two types of air conditioners for rice storage in horizontal bin,the configuration of air conditioning and the selection of air conditioning operation parameters;and combined with the heat insulation treatment of warehouse and grain surface,this paper analyzes the air conditioning temperature control technology including heat insulation and air conditioning cooling.The results show that the configuration of the two types of air conditioners in the warehouse is reasonable and the operation period is feasible,but the opening and stopping time and temperature setting of the air conditioning need to be further optimized to improve the temperature control effect and reduce the energy consumption.
