高大平房仓上层储粮温控试验 被引量:8

摘要 研究在南方高温高湿气候环境下,不耐储晚粳谷"热皮"区域储粮粮温偏高且储粮品质下降很快的难题;利用现有仓房及控温设备条件实现准低温储粮,控制粮堆上层平均粮温低于25℃和全仓平均粮温低于18℃,实现全年准低温储粮目标;进一步提高储粮稳定性,减少储粮害虫发生;有效地控制储粮"热皮"层品质的劣变速度,延长整仓粮食储藏周期,为粮食轮换创造更好经济效益。通过空调控温储粮应用对比,试验仓储粮品质明显优于常规管理仓,该技术具有自动操作方便,投资成本小等优点,具有良好的应用推广前景。 Under the high temperature and high humidity climate of south China, temperature of the hot spot of stored late japonica rice was higher and the grain quality decreased very quickly. To improve stored grain stability,reduce the pests occurrence, control effectively quality deterioration speed of hot spot, prolong grain storage period and create better economic benefit for grain rotation,current storehouses and temperature control equipments were used for quasi-low temperature grain storage,average temperature of the upper layer of grain bulk and the whole warehouse were less than 25℃ and 18, respectively. The result showed that stored grain quality in the upper-layer grain, in tested storehouse was which controlling temperature by air-condition obviously superior to conventional storage The technique was convenient operating, lowcost and has good prospects for application and popularation.
