摘要
复旦大学附属华山医院通过统一招标平台、采用集中采购的模式和流程进行医疗耗材采购。通过流程管理,使医疗耗材采购的全过程公开、公正、公平;保障院内后勤保障部门(集中采购中心)按照采购计划,高效率、低成本地完成年度医疗耗材采购任务,为患者和医院获得性价比高的医疗耗材品种,保障医疗耗材的安全性、有效性和经济性。
Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University purchases medical consumables through a unified bidding platform and centralized procurement mode and process.Through process management,the whole process of medical consumables procurement is open,fair and equitable.It can ensure the Logistics Department(Centralized Procurement Center)in the hospital to complete the annual medical consumables procurement task with high efficiency and low cost according to the procurement plan,obtain medical consumables with high cost performance for patients and hospitals,and finally ensure the safety,effectiveness and economy of medical consumables.
