摘要
目的为优化医院物资管理系统,提高对物资耗材在院内外流转的"全过程"管理,实现提高物资耗材使用率。方法将医院物资管理系统与医院耗材采购、试剂采购、权利监控等系统进行对接、高度整合。结果规范医院物资高值耗材的采购、使用、维修、报废等流程,形成管理闭环,提高管理水平。结论通过优化医院物资管理系统,实现物资的全程跟踪和精细化管理,为降低医疗成本、提升医院管理效能提供支撑。
Objective To optimize the hospital material management system, improve the “whole process” management of material consumables in and out of the hospital, and improve the use rate of material consumables. Methods The hospital materials management system and hospital materials procurement, reagent procurement, rights monitoring and other systems were docked and highly integrated. Results The process of purchase, use, maintenance and scrap of high value consumables in hospital was standardized, a closed loop management was formed and the management level was improved. Conclusion Through optimizing the hospital material management system, we can realize the whole process tracking and meticulous management of materials, so as to provide support for reducing the medical cost and improving the hospital management effciency.
