摘要
目的探讨艾迪注射液联合培美曲塞、卡铂治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的疗效。方法将86例NSCLC患者按治疗方式不同,分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=40)。对照组接受培美曲塞、卡铂治疗,观察组采用艾迪注射液联合培美曲塞、卡铂治疗。比较两组患者的近期疗效及生活质量、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平变化,并观察不良反应。结果观察组患者总缓解率为34.78%(16/46),临床获益率为93.48%(43/46),分别高于对照组的15.00%(6/40)、72.50%(29/40),差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者生活功能、情感功能、社会功能评分及血清CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于对照组,IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者消化道反应、白细胞减少、血小板减少发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论艾迪注射液可提高患者的生活质量及机体免疫,减少不良反应发生,可以用于NSCLC患者的辅助治疗。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Aidi injection combined pemetrexed and carboplatin in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method 86 patients with NSCLC were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=40),treated with Aidi injection combined pemetrexed+carboplatin and pemetrexed+carboplatin,respectively.The short-term efficacy,quality of life,T lymphocyte subsets,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were observed.Result The total response rate(34.78%)and clinical benefit rate(93.48%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(15.00%,72.50%)(P<0.05).The scores of life function,emotional function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significantly higher serum CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+and lower IL-6、IL-10、TNF-αthan those in the control group(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal reactions,leukopenia and thrombocytopenia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection can improve the quality of life and immunity of patients,and reduce adverse reactions,which can be used as adjuvant treatment in NSCLC.
