摘要
以4个野生萱草样本和4个栽培品种为试材,进行秋季露地5~14℃条件下叶绿素荧光参数和光合特性的观测和分析,旨在为野生观赏植物提供驯化、育种和应用的依据。结果表明:野生萱草‘Ls-1’和‘Tg-1’在露地低温条件下适应性较强,其Fo、Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ及NPQ值受到明显影响的时间均晚于其它品种10 d左右。引进品种‘Morocco Summer’和‘Green Mystique’的Fv/Fm值在11月上旬依然能够分别保持9月下旬水平的80.1%和75.4%,是最晚褪绿的2个品种。‘Ty-2’平均Fo值仅为总均值的64.9%,但其Pn、Gs和Tr均值分别高于总均值30.62%、69.91%和60.43%。"金娃娃"和"黄绣客"各项光合指标均在总体均值附近。‘Pd-1’的Fo值受到明显影响的时间比较晚,但其Fv/Fm值和ΦPSⅡ值下降最快,NPQ值增加幅度最小,适应性较弱。
The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic characteristics of four wild Hemerocallis fulva samples and four cultivars were observed and analyzed in autumn open field at low temperature in order to provide the basis for domestication,breeding and application.The results showed that wild Hemerocallis fulva ‘Ls-1’ and ‘Tg-1’ had strong adaptability under open-field low temperature conditions,and their Fo,Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ and NPQ values were significantly affected later than those of other varieties for about 10 days.The Fv/Fm values of ‘Morocco Summer’ and ‘Green Mystique’ remained at 80.1% and 75.4% of the late September level in early November.They had the longest viewing period.The average Fo value of ‘Ty-2’ was only 64.9% of the total mean,while its Pn,Gs and Tr values were 30.62%,69.91% and 60.43% higher than the total means respectively.The photosynthetic indices of ‘Golden Baby’ and ‘Yellow Embroider’ were near the total means,and their adaptability was general.The Fo value of ‘Pd-1’ was significantly affected later,but its Fv/Fm value and ΦPSⅡ value decreased the fastest,and its NPQ value increased the smallest,indicating that ‘Pd-1’ had weak adaptability to low temperature stress in open field.
