摘要
通过对广西国有东门林场10 a生杂交桉无性系对比试验进行生长指标和形质指标测定,采用方差分析及主成分分析法进行数据处理,比较44个无性系间的生长差异并进行综合评价及分类。结果表明:10 a生时,各杂交桉无性系平均保存率81.05%,其生长指标和形质指标达显著或极显著差异。单株材积大于总体均值的无性系有21个,单株材积最大的无性系是DM08,为0.51 m^3,是最小的8.5倍,其次是DM12和DM29,均为0.49 m^3。从胸径、树高、单株材积、通直度、高径比及保存率等6个指标中提取2个相互独立的主成分进行分析,累计贡献率达88.07%,可反映所有指标信息。构建了综合评价模型F=a1F1+a2F2,结果表明DM33、DM36、CK1(DH32-26)、DM29和DM30无性系综合性状表现最优。
The growth,shape and quality index of 10-year-old hybrid Eucalyptus clones in Dongmen Forest Farm of Guangxi was measured and data subject to analysis of variance and principal component analysis.The growth differences among 44 clones were compared,evaluated and classified comprehensively.The results at age 10-years were that the preservation rate across all the hybrid Eucalyptus clones averaged 81.05%and differences among clones for growth,shape and quality index were significant to highly significant.There were 21 clones whose per tree volumes were greater than the average.The clone with the largest per tree volume was DM08(0.51 m^3·tree^-1),which was 8.5 times the minimum,equal second were DM12 and DM29,both of which had volumes of 0.49 m^3·tree^-1.Two independent principal components were extracted from six indices of DBH,height,volume per tree,straightness,height diameter ratio and preservation rate,with the cumulative contribution of these two principal components being 88.07%.A comprehensive evaluation model was constructed as:F=a1F1+a2F2,and this revealed that the clones DM33,DM36,CK1(=DH32-26),DM29 and DM30 had the best comprehensive performance.
