摘要
建设美丽中国是党在新时代要完成的重大战略任务之一,美丽中国的思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的一个全新创造,它拓展和提升了生态文明的内涵。具体上,一方面,美丽中国的建设同中国特色社会主义经济、政治、文化、社会和生态建设密切相关,互为条件、相辅相成,共同构成一个有机整体;另一方面,它们之间在彼此紧密联系的同时,又有各自的发展规律。因此,建设美丽中国,必须要着力把握好“美丽”(生态文明)与“富强”(物质文明)、“民主”(政治文明)、“文明”(精神文明)、“和谐”(社会文明)的辩证统一关系,同时要树立生态文明价值理念,健全生态文明制度保障,学习与借鉴外来文明成果,充分挖掘利用中华优秀传统文化中的生态文化资源。
Constructing a beautiful China is one of the major strategic tasks of the CPC in the new era.The idea of beautiful China is a new creation of the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,which develop the connotation of ecological civilization in two aspects.The first one is the construction of a beautiful China is closely related to the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the second one is they are closely related to each other and have their own development rules.Therefore,to construct a beautiful China,it is necessary to focus on the dialectical relationships of“beauty”(ecological civilization),“prosperity”(material civilization),“democracy”(political civilization),“civilization”(spiritual civilization),and“harmony”(social civilization),and establish the value concept of ecological civilization,improve the guarantee system of ecological civilization,and study the achievements of foreign civilization.Furthermore,it is also important to make full use of the ecological and cultural resources in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
