富血小板纤维蛋白对拔牙后新骨形成的影响

摘要 目的分析富血小板纤维蛋白对拔牙后新骨形成的影响。方法择选年龄为1a健康Beagle犬只12只为研究对象,所有犬只均为雄性,将上述实验用犬分为两个小组,每组6只,分别命名为1、2组。建立动物模型后,分为两组,每组6只。1组在1组牙槽内植入PRF,2组为空白对照。在术后1、3个月分别人道处死实验犬6只,移除拔牙位点标本,完成处理工作,制成规格为4μm的组织切片,后利用HE以及甲苯胺蓝染色,分析骨量情况。结果植入上述材料1个月后,1组的成骨细胞数量、骨小梁面积比、骨小梁平均宽度明显比2组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但就破骨细胞数量来讲,2组的数量明显最多,1组最最少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。证实1组的成骨量最为显著,2组最少。植入3个月后,各个小组的骨小梁面积、宽度也呈现出上升趋势,但成骨细胞以及破骨细胞的数量明显下降,证明在骨改建过程内,骨形成以及骨吸收达到平衡。结论在拔牙位点植入PRF复合材料,能提升该部位成骨细胞数量,显著增加骨量,可全面改善拔牙位点牙槽骨质量,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of platelet-rich fibrin on new bone formation after tooth extraction.Methods Twelve healthy Beagle dogs aged 1a were selected as the research object,and all dogs were males.The above experimental dogs were divided into 2 groups,each with 6 animals,and named as groups 1 and 2 respectively.After the animal model was established,it was divided into 2 groups with 6 animals in each group.One group implanted PRF into the alveolar group,and the other two groups were blank controls.Six experimental dogs were humanely sacrificed of 1 to 3 months after surgery.The specimens of the extraction site were removed and the treatment was completed.Tissue sections with a size of 4μm were prepared.Afterwards,HE and toluidine blue staining were used to analyze the bone mass.Results One month after implanting the above materials,the number of osteoblasts,area ratio of trabecular bone,and average width of trabecular bone in group 1 were significantly higher than those in group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But in terms of the number of osteoclasts,number of group 2 was obviously the largest,the least in group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was confirmed that the bone formation was the most significant in group 1,and the least in group 2.Three months after implantation,the trabecular bone area and width of each group also showed an upward trend,but the number of osteoblasts and osteoclasts decreased significantly,proving that during bone reconstruction,bone formation and bone resorption reached a balance.Conclusion Implanting PRF composite material at the extraction site can increase the number of osteoblasts at this site,significantly increase the bone mass,and can improve the quality of the alveolar bone at the extraction site,which is worthy of promotion.
