摘要
以江西绿能公司为例,从企业管理学视角,研究分析了新时代涉农企业社会化服务模式的创新。研究发现,涉农企业通过在组织结构中综合运用联邦分权制原则和平台化优势,能够在创新农业社会化服务模式的基础上,显著提升企业社会化服务业务的经营绩效,促进小农户增收。具体来看,一是通过在企业组织结构中践行服务业务部门化和经营决策权下放,可以提高公司管理效率与社会化服务效率,增加农业专业化分工收益;二是公司服务业务部门与其外部资源的协作中,可以通过充分利用企业组织结构的平台化优势,实现对相关资源的整合及农业的规模化生产与服务,进而提高服务效率。
Taking Jiangxi Lvneng Corporation as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the innovation of socialized services’pattern of agriculture-related enterprises in the new era from the perspective of enterprise man-agement.lt is found that agriculture-related enterprises can significantly improve the business performance of en-terprises’socialized services business and thus increase the income of smallfarmers on the basis of the innovation of agricultural socialized services’pattern through the comprehensive application of federal decentralization principle and advantage of platform in the organizational structure.To be specific,firstly the efficiency of corporate manage-ment and socialized service can be improved through the implementation of departmentalization of service business and decentralization of management decision—making power in the organizational structure of enterprises,increasing the benefits of agricultural specialization;Secondly in the cooperation with its external resources,the service business department of the company can make full use of the advantage of platform of enterprise organiza tional structure to realize the integration of related resources and agricultural scale production and services,and then improve the efficiency of services.
