摘要 应用包络解调法检测风力发电机变桨轴承的机械故障,选择并设计了多频带的带通滤波器,通过选频放大了轴承的故障脉冲激振信号。对应风力发电机变桨轴承中固有频率分布区间1.03~12.20 kHz,设计了中心频率为16个等百分比的带通滤波器,使16个控制档位分别对应各自频带的中心频率。使用中改变档位检测电压输出,输出幅度最大时为最佳测试档位。应用正弦信号输入法检测多频带滤波器组的幅频特性,给出幅频特性数表并绘制了幅频特性曲线。在应用系统中,采用计算机、采集卡DI/DO口控制16频带的选择,操作简单、精确实用。 In order to detect the mechanical fault of the Rotor bearing of the Wind Turbine using envelope demodulation method,the multi frequency band band-pass filter is selected to amplify the impulse vibration signal of the rotor bearing fault.Corresponding to the natural frequency range of 1.03 to 12.2 kHz in the wind turbine pitch system,16 central frequencies are designed as equal percentage band-pass filter,and 16 control stalls correspond to the central frequencies of their respective frequency bands.Change the gear to detect the voltage output in use,the maximum output range for the best test gear.The amplitude-frequency characteristic of the multi-band Filter Bank is tested by sine signal input method,and the amplitude-frequency characteristic number table and amplitude-frequency characteristic curve are drawn.In the application system,the selection of 16 frequency bands is controlled by computer through DI/DO acquisition card,which has the advantages of simple operation,accurate and practical application.
