摘要
分析了变桨轴承振动载荷及失效形式,指出在交变和振动载荷的作用下,风力发电机组变桨轴承的主要其失效形式是滚动体和滚道之间发生的微动磨损损伤。通过微动试验,分析了变桨轴承中微动磨损的磨损运行机制以及润滑脂的润滑效果与微动次数、位移的关系。为减小变桨轴承微动磨损,从润滑和机械方面提出了微动磨损防护的具体措施。结果表明:微动磨损程度随载荷减小、接触角度增加和材料硬度增高而减小;通过采用含渗透能力强、抗磨添加剂及抗锈蚀剂的合成润滑脂,减小桨叶振动、改进变桨轴承结构、增加套圈接触面表面强度等措施,可减缓变桨轴承的微动磨损。
The vibration loads and the failure modes of pitch bearing were analyzed. It was pointed out that in the action of alternating loads and vibration loads on wind turbine pitch bearings, its main failure mode was the damage due to the fretting wear that occurs between rolling element and race. The mechanism of fretting wear was analyzed through the fretting tests, which also can explain the relat^onsmp oetwcc, ~u,~,, placement of fretting movement. In order to reduce fretting wear in the pitch bearings, the specific protective measures against fretting wear were proposed in lubrication and machinery. The results show that the effects of fretting wear weaken as load decreases, contact angle increases and hardness of material increases;the fretting wear in the pitch bearing can be reduced by the use of synthetic grease that has high penetration capability and contains anti-wear additives and anti-corro- sion agent, reducing the vibration of blades, improving the structure of pitch bearing and increasing the intensity of the surface of ring,etc.
