摘要
僵尸企业是达到破产界限没有经营价值但却持续存续的企业,其形成大多源于政府公权力的非理性介入和银行的不合理资助。僵尸企业的存在违背了市场规律、破坏了资源优化配置的市场规则。对于没有存续价值的企业应当通过多种途径予以破产清算,对于可以挽救的僵尸企业可以通过破产重整、企业兼并的方式延续其生命,同时政府和银行也应当正确履职,从源头上控制僵尸企业的形成。
Zombie enterprises are the ones that have reached the bankruptcy limit and have no operating value,but continue to exist,and the reasons for formation of them are due to the irrational intervention of the government power and unreasonable funding of banks.The existence of zombie enterprises violates the market rules and breaks the market rules of optimal allocation of resources.The enterprises without survival value should be liquidated through a variety of ways,and zombie enterprises that can be saved can continue their life through bankruptcy reorganization and enterprise merger.Meanwhile,the government and banks should also correctly perform their duties and control the formation of zombie enterprises from the source.
