摘要
为了解中华绒螯蟹不同生活史阶段的代谢特征,以长江口性成熟中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)为研究对象,利用静水式密闭装置,采用生物能量学分析方法研究了长江口中华绒螯蟹雌蟹抱卵前和抱卵后在低氧下的代谢特征和窒息点。结果显示:中华绒螯蟹抱卵前窒息点为(2.591±0.652)mg·L^-1,显著大于抱卵后窒息点(1.101±0.310)mg·L^-1(P<0.05)。雌蟹抱卵前和抱卵后耗氧率和耗氧量随溶氧含量的降低呈下降趋势;在实验2 h时,抱卵前和抱卵后的耗氧率和耗氧量均达到最大值,其中抱卵前耗氧率0.066 mg·(g·h)^-1低于抱卵后0.089 mg·(g·h)^-1,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),抱卵前耗氧量(3.050 mg·h^-1)显著低于抱卵后(5.992 mg·h^-1)(P<0.05);在实验6 h时,抱卵前和抱卵后的耗氧率和耗氧量均降到最小值,其中耗氧率分别为0.003 mg·(g·h)^-1和0.004 mg·(g·h)^-1、耗氧量分别为0.149 mg·h^-1和0.026 mg·h^-1,抱卵前后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。雌蟹抱卵前后的排氨率和排氨量随溶氧含量的降低呈“下降-上升”的趋势;在实验2 h时,抱卵前和抱卵后的排氨率均达到最大值,其值分别为0.027 mg·(g·h)^-1和0.020 mg·(g·h)^-1,抱卵前后无显著性差异(P>0.05);在实验6 h时,抱卵前和抱卵后排氨率均降到最小值,其值分别为0.002 mg·(g·h)^-1和0.001 mg·(g·h)^-1,抱卵前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在实验4 h之后,雌蟹抱卵前和抱卵后的氧氮比和能耗率随溶氧含量的降低均呈下降趋势。研究表明,低溶氧降低了长江口中华绒螯蟹抱卵前和抱卵后的代谢水平;低溶氧条件下,雌蟹抱卵前和抱卵后单位体质量的代谢率无显著变化;长江口中华绒螯蟹抱卵前后能源代谢底物中蛋白质含量随溶氧含量的降低而升高。
Eriocheir sinensis is a migratory economic species that mainly reproduces in the Yangtze Estuary.The decrease of dissolved oxygen in the natural water environment often affects the metabolism,growth and reproduction of aquatic animals,and even leads to their death.In recent years,due to the influence of sewage discharge,runoff and wind,the degree of eutrophication in the Yangtze Estuary has increased,which reduces the transparency of the water body and finally leads to the decrease of dissolved oxygen content.It is not clear whether the decrease of dissolved oxygen content in the Yangtze Estuary will affect the oviposition and metabolism of Eriocheir sinensis.In this paper,by studying the effects of hypoxia on oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion point of non-ovigerous female and ovigerous crab,we revealed the relationship between the dissolved oxygen content and metabiolism of Eriocheir sinensis,and its threshold to hypoxia,which could provide basic data and reference for expounding the mechanism of energy metabolism and reproductive biological characteristics of Eriocheir sinenesis.In order to understand the metabolic characteristics of Eriocheir sinensisin the Yangtze Estuary at different stages of life cycle,we used astatic water sealed device to study the metabolism characteristics and asphyxiation points of non-ovigerous female and ovigerous Eriocheir sinenesis under hypoxia conditions by bioenergy analysis.The results showed that the asphyxiation point of the non-ovigerous female crab was(2.591±0.652)mg·L^-1,significantly higher than that of ovigerous crab(1.101+0.310)mg·L^-1(P<0.05).With the decrease of dissolved oxygen concentration,both the oxygen consumption rate and oxygen consumption of female non-ovigerous and ovigerous crabs showed a downward trend.At 2 h,the oxygen consumption rate and oxygen consumption of both female non-ovigerous and ovigerous crabs reached the maximum value,which were 0.066 mg·(g·h)^-1and 0.089 mg·(g·h)^-1,3.050 mg·L^-1 and 5.992 mg·L^-1 respectively;at 6 h,the o
