摘要
有效地控制采购成本对于降低医院整体医疗成本有重要意义,合理的采购策略以及规范化的采购体系都是控制采购成本中重要的环节。随着医疗卫生事业的不断改革发展,为了更好地帮助医生进行诊断、帮助患者进行治疗,引进购买相应的医疗设备势在必行,这对提高医院知名度、效益等方面也是非常有帮助的。但毕竟采购医疗设备投入的资金数目较大,有一定的风险。因此,需要医院加强采购管理、增强采购成本效益意识,本文就影响医疗设备采购成本的主要因素、有效控制医疗设备采购成本的措施以及有效控制采购成本在医疗设备中的管理体系优化做了如下汇总。
Effective control of procurement costs is of great significance to reduce the overall medical cost of hospitals.Reasonable procurement strategies and standardized procurement systems are important links in controlling procurement costs.With the continuous reform and development of the medical and health undertakings,in order to better help doctors diagnose and help patients to treat,it is imperative to introduce and purchase corresponding medical equipment,which is also very helpful to improve hospital visibility and benefits.However,after all,the amount of funds invested in purchasing medical equipment is large and there are certain risks.Therefore,it is necessary for hospitals to strengthen procurement management and enhance procurement cost-benefit awareness.This paper summarizes the main factors affecting the procurement cost of medical equipment,the measures to effectively control the procurement cost of medical equipment,and the management system optimization for effectively controlling procurement costs in medical equipment.
