摘要
目的:对广州市第一人民医院(以下简称“该院”)中药注射剂的静脉使用情况进行分析和评价,为促进临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:利用PIVAS系统和北大医信电子病历系统,运用回顾性分析方法,分析2019年4月—2020年3月该院中药注射剂的使用情况,按照药物不合理用药类型进行统计分析,并结合分析结果提出合理的用药指导。结果:共分析该院64221例中药注射剂的使用情况,涉及中药注射剂品种共27种,存在436例用药不合理情况,不合理用药率为0.68%,其中配伍禁忌占34.86%,溶媒用量选择不当占45.64%,药物用量不当占14.91%,其他不合理占4.59%。结论:存在常见中药注射剂的不合理用药情况,提示药师需不断更新药品知识,认真细致地审核处方,发现问题及时和临床医师沟通,确保临床使用中药注射剂的合理性和有效性,最终确保患者的用药安全。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Guangzhou first people's hospital(hereinafter referred to as"the hospital"),so as to provide reference for promoting clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods:Using PIVAS system and Peking University medical information electronic medical record system,the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 was analyzed by retrospective analysis method.Statistical analysis was carried out according to the types of irrational drug use,and reasonable medication guidance was proposed based on the analysis results.Results:A total of 64221 cases which were used by traditional Chinese medicine injections were analyzed,involving 27 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections.There were 436 cases of irrational drug use.The rate of irrational drug use was 0.68%.Among them,34.86%were incompatibility,45.64%were improper solvent dosage,14.91%were improper drug dosage,and 4.59%were other irrational cases.Conclusion:After analysis,there were irrational use of common traditional Chinese medicine for injections.It is suggested that pharmacists should constantly update their knowledge of drugs,verify prescriptions carefully,and communicate with clinicians in time when finding problem to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of clinical use of the traditional Chinese medicine for injections,and ultimately ensure the safety of patients'medication.
