摘要
为对川贝母资源综合利用,建立川贝母药渣质量标准.按照2015年版《中国药典》相关要求,分别建立川贝母药渣总灰分、水分、浸出物与薄层色谱等项目的检查方法并规定限度,采用紫外可见分光光度法建立川贝母药渣的贝母素乙的含量测定方法并对其水提物进行药效研究.实验结果表明:川贝母药渣的总灰分不应超过2.16%,水分不应超过7.72%,浸出物不得少于2.51%,川贝母药渣水提物与相应的空白对照组比较,可明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期并减少咳嗽次数(P<0.01),显著增加小鼠呼吸道黏膜酚红的排泌量(P<0.01),能极显著抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.001).川贝母药渣具有止咳化痰抗炎功效,可为进一步利用川贝母药渣资源提供一定的参考.
In order to comprehensively utilize the resources of Fritillaria cirrhosa,to establish the quality standards of Fritillaria cirrhosa,and to establish the total ash,moisture,extractives,and thin-layer chromatography of Fritillaria cirrhosa in accordance with the relevant requirements of the 2015 Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the inspection method and the limit were specified.A method for the determination of Fritillin B of Fritillaria cirrhosa dregs was established by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and the efficacy of the water extract was studied.The results showed that the total percentage of ash content of Fritillaria cirrhosa should not exceed 2.16%,the percentage of moisture content should not exceed 7.72%,and the percentage of extracts should not be less than 2.51%.Compared with the corresponding blank control group,the water extract of Fritillaria cirrhosa dregs prolongs the cough latency and reduce the number of coughs in mice(P<0.01);significantly increases the excretion of phenol red in the mucosa of the respiratory tract of mice(P<0.01)and significantly inhibits the swelling of the auricles of mice(P<0.001).Fritillaria cirrhosa dregs have antitussive,phlegm and anti-inflammatory effects.This study can provide a certain reference for the further use of the resources of Fritillaria cirrhosa dregs.
