摘要
目的探讨手法复位治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的临床效果。方法将90例胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者采用随机抽签方式分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用基本药物及电针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用手法复位治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的伤椎椎体前缘高度比及后凸Cobb角均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法复位治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折可达到良好的效果,可缓解患者疼痛,改善患者伤椎椎体前缘高度,缩小伤椎后凸Cobb角。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of manipulative reduction in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures.Methods A total of 90 patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures were divided into control group and observation group by the random lot drawing method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic drugs and electroacupuncture,while the observation group was treated with manipulative reduction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anterior height ratio of injured vertebrae and kyphosis Cobb angle in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures can achieve good results,relieve pain,improve the anterior height of injured vertebral,and reduce the kyphosis Cobb angle of patients。
