摘要
借鉴并遵照ISO281标准,就最大额定寿命问题,对圆锥滚子轴承的内部尺寸进行了优化。所涉及的系统包含了两个完全相同的圆锥滚子轴承,它们可承受任意组合的中心径向载荷和轴向载荷。研究表明,轴承基本额定寿命随滚子填充率以及滚子宽高比的增加而增加,与滚子组节径的6次方成正比,与施加径向力的3次方成反比;此外,对于任一给定比例的径向力/轴向力来说,不管滚子实际直径和节径的比值如何,都存在一种使得额定寿命最大化的最佳接触角。该优化程序可用于设计定制轴承或从制造商的目录中选择具有最佳接触角的轴承,同时,用于任何指定的负载条件。
The study optimized the internal sizes of tapered roller bearings about maximum rated life by means of the ISO・281 standard.The concerned system includes two identical bearings that were loaded by an arbitrary combination of radial and axial forces.The study shown that the basic rated life increased with the roller filling rate and the aspect ratio of the rollers,and increases with the sixth power of the pitch diameter of the roller set,but decreases with the third power of the applied radial force.In addition,always exist an optimal contact angle,which may maximize the rated life of the tapered roller bearing pair,regardless of any given ratio of axial to radial force.The optimal program can not only be used to design customized bearings but also be used to select the bearing with the best contact angle from manufacturers?catalogues under any designated load condition.
