摘要
在考虑轴承受到径向载荷、轴向载荷和弯矩载荷的复杂受载情况下,建立了双列圆锥滚子轴承的优化设计模型,以轴承整体寿命为优化目标,以每列轴承滚子个数、圆锥滚子平均直径、圆锥滚子有效接触长度和轴承的节圆直径为设计变量,基于ISIGHT设计优化软件对设计模型进行了试验设计(DOE)分析,利用多岛遗传算法对优化设计模型进行了求解。将该模型应用于3MW风电主轴承,得到了试验设计分析下四个设计变量对轴承整体寿命影响的Pareto图和主效应图,参数优化后的风电主轴承整体寿命提高了83.8%。
An optimal design model of double-row tapered roller bearings was proposed with the consideration of radial load, axial load and thrust load, The fatigue life of the bearing was set as the objective function, the number of tapered rollers in one row, the average diameter of tapered roller, the effective contact length of the roller and the bearing pitch diameter were set as the design parameters. The design of experiments was conducted and the design model was solved based on the multi-island GA method. We get the Pareto plot and the main effects plot of the four design parameters for the objective function when the model is applied to 3MW wind power main bearing The fatigue life the bearing has improved 83.8percent afier the optimization.
