艾塞那肽联合ACDF治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究艾塞那肽联合颈椎前路椎间盘减压植骨融合术(ACDF)在治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的治疗效果。方法选取2017年2月—2019年12月徐州医科大学附属医院因CSR入院且行ACDF手术治疗的患者,选取其中分别采用单纯ACDF手术治疗(ACDF组)和ACDF手术联合艾塞那肽治疗(ACDF+艾塞那肽组)患者各50例。运用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、颈椎曲度及手术节段活动度(ROM)评估和肌电图检查对2组患者的临床疗效进行比较,并监测患者血糖变化。结果治疗1个月和3个月后,ACDF+艾塞那肽组VAS评分、JOA评分和上肢肌电图检测结果明显优于ACDF组(P<0.05);2组患者颈椎曲度及手术节段ROM和血糖检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾塞那肽联合ACDF治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果优于传统的单纯ACDF手术,且对患者血糖无显著影响。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of exenatide combined with anterior cervical disc decompression and fusion(ACDF)on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Patients who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University due to cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and underwent ACDF from February 2017 to December 2019 were selected,where 50 patients were treated with ACDF alone(group ACDF)and 50 patients were treated with a combination of ACDF and exenatide(group ACDF+exenatide).Both groups were compared for the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,the cervical curvature and range of motion(ROM)of the operative segments and electromyography.Results After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,group ACDF+exenatide presented remarkably improved VAS score,JOA score and electromyography results,compared with group ACDF(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cervical curvature,ROM and blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combined use of ACDF and exenatide is superior to ACDF alone in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,without significant effects on blood glucose level.
