摘要
健美操作为一项深受大学生喜爱的运动项目,在健身、塑形、调节情绪等方面都发挥着积极的影响,但是其对运动者的身体素质及运动能力要求较高,如果准备活动不充分、运动强度不合理或对健美操运动的技术特点不熟悉等原因,都可能造成运动损伤,影响运动员的身心健康及终身运动的能力。本文通过调查研究,对健美操常见运动损伤的特点、可能引起健美操损伤的原因进行了较为系统的分析,并对如何有效预防提出了针对性的对策,如科学合理安排教学训练内容、提高学生综合运动能力、做好充分的热身准备等,这些方面都可以最大程度地减少运动损伤的发生,使健美操运动发挥良好的强健身心功效。
Aerobics,as a popular sport among college students,calisthenics plays a positive role in keeping fit,shaping and regulating emotions.However,it has higher requirements on the physical quality and athletic ability of the athletes.If the preparation is not sufficient,the intensity of the exercise is not reasonable or not familiar with the technical characteristics of aerobics,and other reasons,may cause sports injuries,affecting the physical and mental health of the athletes and the ability to exercise all one's life.Through investigation and research,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the characteristics of common sports injuries and possible causes of aerobics injuries,and proposed targeted countermeasures on how to effectively prevent,such as scientific and reasonable arrangement of teaching content,improve students'comprehensive sport ability,prepared to sufficient warm-up,etc.,which can reduce the occurrence of sports injury to a great extent,make aerobics exercise play a good physical and psychological effect.
