摘要
目的观察拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠对青年难治性癫痫患者认知功能及癫痫发作频率的影响。方法将我院收治的64例难治性癫痫患者根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组32例。观察组给予拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠联合治疗,对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,比较两组患者的发作频率、认知功能改善情况及血清炎症因子水平。结果两组治疗后发作频率均下降,且观察组发作频率较对照组低(P<0.05);两组MoCA评分均有所上升,且观察组MoCA评分较对照组高(P<0.05);两组患者的Hcy、IL-6及hs-CRP水平均有所下降,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠联合可提高青年难治性癫痫患者认知功能,减少癫痫发作频率,改善病情发展。
Objective To observe the effect of lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate on the cognitive func⁃tion and seizure frequency of young patients with refractory epilepsy.Methods The data of 64 refractory epilepsy pa⁃tients were reviewed.All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate.The control group was only given sodium valproate.The frequency of seizures,the improvement of cognitive function and the level of serum in⁃flammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of seizures decreased in the two groups after treatment and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The MoCA scores of the two groups increased,and the MoCA score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups decreased and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate can improve the cognitive function of young patients with refractory epilepsy,reduce the frequency of seizures and improve the devel⁃opment of the disease.
