摘要 基于提升生鲜食用菌供应链管理运营能力的目标,立足于当前所面临的挑战,通过对生鲜食用菌供应链管理运营模式的分析,可知当前提升供应链管理运营能力的策略为,依据生鲜食用菌栽培基地的区位,合理设置流通加工地点,采取外包和自营加工相结合的方式加强生鲜食用菌调度、在产业集群化发展背景下制订生鲜食用菌流通加工标准、提升供应链信息化水平增强和创新生鲜食用菌补货能力。 Based on the goal of improving the ability of supply chain management and operation of fresh edible fungi,based on the current challenges,through the analysis of the management and operation mode of the supply chain of fresh edible fungi,we can see that the current strategy to improve the ability of supply chain management and operation is,the location of the fresh edible fungi cultivation base is reasonably set up for distribution and processing locations,the combination of outsourcing and self-operated processing is adopted to strengthen the dispatch of fresh edible fungus,the distribution and processing standards for fresh edible fungi are formulated under the background of industrial cluster development,and the supply chain information is improved enhance and innovate the ability to replenish fresh edible fungi.
