摘要
建立健全秸秆供应链物流网络系统,是实现秸秆利用产业化发展的前提和保障。本文综述了相关文献,比较分析了秸秆收储运分散型和集约型2种物流模式的特点,集约型是分散型物流模式的继承和发展,从长远角度来看,集约型物流模型更有利于降低物流成本,提高秸秆供应链网络的经济收益;概述了秸秆储运选址的定性和定量分析方法,认为秸秆选址布局需要定性和定量分析方法相结合;提出了秸秆物流模式选择的三级评价指标体系、秸秆供应链物流网络可靠性评价方法,为秸秆物流模式选择提供一个系统全面的决策方法;同时,提出应加强秸秆物流网络系统化、智能化、信息化研究建议,推进秸秆的产业化、市场化演变。
Establishing and improving straw supply chain logistics network system is the premise and guarantee to achieve the industrial development of straw utilization. This paper summarized the relevant literatures, comparative analysed the transportation dispersion type and 2 kinds of intensive logistics modes. Intensive model is the inheritance and development of distributed logistics mode, from a long-time perspective, intensive logistics mode is more Conducive to reduce logistics costs, improve the economic benefits of straw supply chain network. The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for the location of straw storage and transportation were summarized, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods was needed. Three levels of evaluation index system of straw logistics mode selection were put forward, and the reliability evaluation method of straw supply chain logistics network was proposed, which provides a systematic and comprehensive decision-making method for the selection of straw logistics mode. At the same time, the paper put forward that we should strengthen the research on the network system, intelligent, information of the straw logistics, and promote the industrialization of the straw and the evolution of the market.
