摘要
知农爱农新型人才是农业现代化的基石。高等农业院校要以立德树人为根本,强农兴农为己任,培养更多知农爱农新型人才。对农科大学生对"三农"发展的关注度、农科大学生投身"三农"事业的意愿以及农科大学生对"三农"的认知等进行分析,了解农科大学生对"三农"的基本认识现况。鉴于此,通过找准出发点、明确着力点和抓住突破点三个方面来把握知农爱农新型人才培育基础;通过牢记立德树人根本任务、扛起强农兴农历史使命和不负"六大使命"殷殷嘱托三个方面来强化知农爱农新型人才培育目标;通过促进科技融合、精细职业规划、培育工匠精神和提供制度保障四个方面来完善知农爱农新型人才培育措施,旨在为高等农业院校培育知农爱农新型人才提供参考。
New talents who know and love agriculture are the cornerstone of agricultural modernization.Higher agricultural colleges and universities should take morality education as the core,take strengthening agriculture and invigorating agriculture as the responsibility,and cultivate more new talents who know agriculture and love agriculture.This paper analyzes the degree of attention,willingness and cognition of agricultural college students have devoted to the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",so as to understand the current situation of agricultural college students for the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Accordingly,agricultural colleges and universitiesshould grasp the foundation of cultivating new talents who know agriculture and love agriculture,through identifying the starting point,defining the focus and grasping the breakthrough point.Agricultural colleges and universities can strengthen the goal of cultivating new talents who know agriculture and love agriculture,by keeping in mind the central task of cultivating new talents,shouldering the historical mission of strengthening agriculture and invigorating agriculture,and living up to the"six missions".Agricultural colleges and universities can improve the measures of cultivating new talents who know agriculture and love agriculture,through promoting the integration of science and technology,making a fine career planning,cultivating the craftsman spirit,and providing system guarantee.The results presented here will be helpful for agricultural colleges and universities to cultivate new talents who know agriculture and love agriculture.
