摘要
目的:探讨甲状旁腺切除术对尿毒症血液透析患者骨代谢的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治尿毒症血液透析患者34例,均行甲状旁腺全切除术,检测人β-骨胶原交联(β-CTX)、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(PINP)、血清骨钙素(OC)、血清全段甲状旁腺素(iPTH)水平情况。结果:患者术后1、3、6个月β-CTX、PINP、OC、iPTH水平均低于术前,术后24个月β-CTX、PINP、OC、iPTH水平高于术后12、18个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒症血液透析患者行甲状旁腺全切除术后,患者临床症状有所缓解,可降低β-CTX、PINP、OC、iPTH水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of parathyroidectomy on blood phosphorus and bone metabolism in uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,34 patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis underwent total parathyroidectomy were selected,.The humanβ-collagen cross-linking(β-CTX),total typeⅠcollagen N-terminal extension peptide(PINP),serum osteocalcin(OC)and serum parathyroid hormone(iPTH)were detected.Results:The levels ofβ-CTX,PINP,OC and serum iPTH at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were lower than those before operation.The levels ofβ-CTX,PINP,OC and serum iPTH at 24 months after operation were significantly higher than those at 18 months and higher than 12 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After total parathyroidectomy,the clinical symptoms of uremic patients undergoing total parathyroidectomy are relieved and the levels ofβ-CTX,PINP,iPTH and OC are reduced.
