摘要
介绍了AGV调度控制系统的系统架构主要功能,以及实现调度控制的整体作业流程。该系统综合考虑了汽车总装车间线旁物料的配送特点,有效地保证了汽车总装车间线旁物料的柔性化供应,准确快速地响应了物料需求,减少了备料和配送时间,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。最后指出在汽车总装车间应用AGV调度控制系统具有重要意义和价值。
The paper introduces the main function of the AGV dispatch control system and its overall operation procedure to realize dispatch control.The said system,which comprehensively considers the distribution characteristics of the production line materials in automobile assembly workshops,effectively warrants the flexible supply of the materials to meet demand quickly and accurately,reduce the preparation and distribution time,cut the production cost and improve the production efficiency.Finally,the paper points out the great significance and value of the application of AGV dispatch control system in automobile assembly workshops.
