摘要 为适应汽车制造多品种、小批量的混线生产方式,降低汽车总装车间零件拣选的差错率,采用信息化系统管控方式,设计捡料防错系统,应用在汽车总装车间,实现捡料防错过程的全面管控。本系统不仅降低了零件拣选差错率和漏选几率,而且提高了拣选效率,减少了新员工培训时间,降低了系统维护成本,满足了精益生产管理的要求。在汽车总装车间应用拣料防错系统具有重要意义和应用价值。 To adapt to the mixed-line production method of the multi-product and small batch of automobile manufacture, and reduce the error rate of parts picking in the automobile general assembly workshop, the picking and error-proofing system was designed by manage- ment and control mode of information system, and applied in the automobile general assem bly workshop, for realizing the overall control of the picking and error-proofing process. This system not only reduces the error rate of the selection of the parts, but also improves the selection efficiency ,reduces the training time for the new employees ,reduces the mainte- nance cost of the system, and meets the requirements of the lean production management. Therefore ,the application of picking and error-proofing system in the automobile general as sembly workshop is of great significance and application value.
