摘要
目的:探析人性化护理干预对改善恢复期精神分裂症患者生命质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年4月汕头市第四人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予人性化护理干预,比较2组患者生命质量以及睡眠质量的变化。结果:观察组护理后的简明精神评定量表、日常生活评定量表、焦虑量表、抑郁量表评分均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生命质量评分明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施人性化护理更有利于改善患者的不良情绪,还可改善患者的生命质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia during convalescence.Methods:A total of 120 schizophrenic patients admitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Shantou from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and the changes of life quality and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group in the simple mental rating scale,daily life rating scale,anxiety rating scale and depression rating scale after nursing,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing is more beneficial to improve the patients′bad mood and the quality of life in the convalescent schizophrenics,which is worth popularizing.
