摘要
目的总结恢复期精神分裂症患者应用人文关怀的护理效果。方法从我院2016年2月至2018年10月收治且符合纳入标准与排除标准的恢复期精神分裂症患者中抽取94例纳入研究,通过抽签分为对照组与观察组,对照组47例常规护理,观察组47例常规护理+人文关怀。对比两组患者生活质量、护理服务满意率、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS量表)评分、护士观察量表(NOSIE)评分。结果①观察组护理后生活质量评分明显小于对照组,组间对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组护理满意率为97.87%,高于对照组87.23%的护理满意率,组间对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组护理后的PANSS量表评分、NOSIE评分优于对照组,数据分析存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恢复期精神分裂症患者应用人文关怀,有利于改善患者精神分裂症相关症状,提高生活质量以及临床护理服务质量,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To summarize the nursing effect of humanistic care for convalescent schizophrenia patients.Methods 94 patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital between February 2016-October 2018 and who met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion were admitted to the study.They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,control group and control group.47 cases were conventional nursing and 47 cases were observed.The quality of life,satisfaction rate of nursing service,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS scale)and nurse observation scale(NOSIE)were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The quality of life after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.(2)The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.87%,which was higher than the 87.23%nursing satisfaction rate in the control group.The comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The score of PANSS scale and NOSIE after nursing in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the data analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in convalescent schizophrenic patients is beneficial to improving the related symptoms of schizophrenia,improving the quality of life and the quality of clinical nursing service,and has higher promotion value.
