摘要
目的分析积极心理学理论在精神分裂症康复护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2018年2月至2019年5月诊治的精神分裂症患者80例进行研究分析,将患者分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组应用积极心理学理论进行护理,对照组以常规护理模式为主,比较项目为健康状态评分、精神病性评分及复发率情况。结果两组护理前进行精神病性评分和健康状态评分的对比,组间的数据差异不显著,即P>0.05;观察组患者护理后的精神病性评分和健康状态评分均优于对照组,两组别的差异显著,数据对比P<0.05;观察组复发率为5%,对照组患者复发率为32.5%,数据对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理学理论应用于精神分裂症患者的临床康复护理中由于对发病症状进行显著改善,促进自身健康状态的提升,减少复发概率,具有在临床中广泛应用的价值。
Objective to analyze application effect of positive psychology theory in rehabilitation nursing of schizophrenia.Methods choose 80 cases schizophrenia patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 for study and analysis.Divide them into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with nursing based on positive psychology theory,and control group with routine nursing mode.Compare health status scores,psychiatric scores and relapse rate between two groups.Results data difference of psychiatric scores and health status scores between two groups before nursing showed no significance,P>0.05;psychiatric scores and health status scores of observation group after nursing were better than control group,difference between groups was significant,P<0.05;relapse rate of observation group was 5%,that of control group was 32.5%.data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion positive psychology theory can significantly improve symptoms of schizophrenia patients in clinical rehabilitation nursing,reduce relapse rate,which is of wide application value in clinical practice.
