摘要
目的:观察羟氯喹联合多西环素序贯光电协同技术(Electro-optical synergy,ELOS)治疗Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法:将78例Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组:给予口服羟氯喹200mg,2次/d;口服多西环素片0.1g,1次/d,共8周;观察组:给予羟氯喹联合多西环素口服8周,方法同对照组,停药后开始ELOS光电协同治疗,每4周治疗1次,连续治疗4次。治疗结束前、后对患者的皮损及症状评分并记录治疗不良反应。结果:疗程结束时,观察组治疗有效率为89.74%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、脓疱4项症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后瘙痒症状评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:羟氯喹联合多西环素序贯光电协同治疗Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮安全有效,尤其对毛细血管扩张、红斑、丘疹及脓疱效果明显,为治疗Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮提供了更优化的方案。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hydroxychloroquine combined with docycline sequential photoelectric synergy(ELOS)in the treatment of rosacea typeⅠand typeⅡ.Methods 78 patients with rosacea typeⅠand typeⅡwere randomly divided into observation group(39 cases)and control group(39 cases).The control group was given hydroxychloroquine 200mg orally twice a day,doxycycline 0.1g orally once a day for 8 weeks.The observation group was given hydroxychloroquine and doxycycline orally for 8 weeks.The method was the same as that of the control group.After stopping the drug,ELOS photoelectric synergistic treatment was started,once every 4 weeks,four times in a row.Before and after treatment,the patients'skin lesions and symptoms were scored and adverse reactions were recorded.Results At the end of the course of treatment,The effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%,which was surely higher than that of the control group(66.67%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erythema,telangiectasia,papules and pustules in the observation group were clearly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While the difference in the symptoms of pruritus between the two groups(P>0.05)after their treatment had no statistical significance.Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine combined with doxycycline sequential photoelectric treatment is safe and effective for rosacea typeⅠand typeⅡ,especially for telangiectasia,erythema,pimples and pustules,which provides a more optimized scheme for rosacea typeⅠand typeⅡ.
