摘要
孙伟芬教授长期从事恶性肿瘤的临床研究,经验丰富,在多年的临床工作和科研中形成了自己独特的诊疗经验,尤其在治疗子宫内膜癌方面,疗效显著。孙教授主张从主次病机论治子宫内膜癌,认为子宫内膜癌的主要病机是肾虚,常兼气郁、痰浊、血瘀、湿毒等次要病机,治疗上从扶正抗癌、攻补兼施,五脏并治、特重调肾,疏肝理气、调养脾胃三个方面着手,取得了较好的临床疗效。笔者有幸师从孙教授,现将其治疗子宫内膜癌的经验总结如下,以飨同道。
Professor Sun Weifen has been engaged in the clinical research of malignant tumor for a long time.He has formed his own unique diagnosis and treatment experience in many years of clinical work and scientific research,especially in the treatment of endometrial cancer.Professor Sun advocated the treatment of endometrial cancer from the main and secondary pathogenesis.He thought that the main pathogenesis of endometrial cancer was kidney deficiency,which was often accompanied by qi depression,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,dampness toxin and other secondary pathogenesis.The treatment of endometrial cancer from strengthening the body and anti-cancer,reinforcement and elimination in combination,treating the five zang organs simultaneously,especially regulating the kidney,dispersing the stagnated live-qi,and regulating the spleen and stomach have achieved good clinical effects.The author studied under Professor Sun,and summarized his experience in the treatment of endometrial cancer as follows in order to treat the same.
