摘要
研究了不经脱氟、采用硫酸法制备饲料级磷酸氢钙,考察了搅拌速度、硫酸用量、反应温度、反应时间、中和终点pH、静置时间等对饲料级磷酸氢钙中氟质量分数的影响。结果表明,对于30 g磷矿石,在搅拌速度400 r/min、浓硫酸用量25 mL、反应温度75℃、反应时间3 h、中和终点pH=6、静置时间3 h条件下,所得磷酸氢钙中氟质量分数仅0.08%,达到饲料级磷酸氢钙质量要求。
The preparation of feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate by sulfuric acid method without defluorinal was studied.The effects of stirring rate,sulfuric acid dosage,reaction temperature and time,neutralization end-point pH and settling time on fluorine mass fraction in calcium hydrogen phosphate were examined.The results show that for 30 g phosphate ore,under the optimum conditions of stirring rate of 400 r/min,sulfuric acid dosage of 25 mL,reaction temperature of 75℃,reaction time of 3 h,neutralization end-point pH of 6.0 and settling time of 3 h,feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate with fluorine mass freaction of 0.08%is obtained.
