用磷肥厂废水制备饲料级磷酸氢钙 被引量:4

摘要 以磷肥厂废水、硅藻土、氯化钠和石灰乳为原料,采用脱氟与中和法制备饲料级磷酸氢钙,并通过正交试验优化了工艺条件。最佳脱氟条件:二氧化硅和氯化钠质量比为0.5,反应时间为3.0 h,反应温度为30℃,最佳脱氟率为96.8%。最佳中和条件:反应温度为50℃,反应时间为1.0 h。此条件下五氧化二磷回收率为96.5%。工艺流程短、操作简便、清洁环保,脱氟率和五氧化二磷回收率较高,产品质量符合HG 2636—2000标准要求,可望为饲料级磷酸氢钙的生产另辟新径。 Feed -grade calcium hydrogen phosphate was prepared by defluorination and neutralization method with wastewater in phosphate fertilizer plant, diatomite, sodium chloride and lime milk as raw materials. The optimal technological parameters were obtained by the orthogonal tests. The best defluorination conditions were: mass ratio of silicon dioxide to sodium chloride was 0.5 ; reaction time was 3.0 h ; reaction temperature was 30 ℃ ; and the optimum defluorination rate was 96.8%. The optimum neutralization conditions were:reaction temperature was 50 ℃;and reaction time was 1.0 h. The recovery rate of P2O5 was 96.5% under these conditions. The process was characterized by short process flow,simple operation,clean production and high defluorination and P2O5 recovery rates. The product quality met the requirement of HG 2636-2000. It is expected that this process could become a new way for production of feed - grade calcium hydrogen phosphate.
